Model Proses Bisnis dan Identifikasi Faktor Keberhasilan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The successful implementation of an information system is the goal of the management of an organization in order to create a way of working effectively and efficiently, especially in hospitals. However, in its business practices are not few hospitals that have failed in implementing the Hospital Information System. One important factor to be considered is how to change the workings and mindset of users profess to support the workings of Computerize System. This study uses a case study with a qualitative approach. This study aims to discuss and identify the factors - the success factors for the implementation of hospital information management system. Success Factors Hospitals SIM RS is determined by the role of top management in the hospital as an example (example) for employees / users for the way we work with the full support of the use of information technology

ABSTRAK
Keberhasilan penerapan suatu sistem informasi merupakan tujuan manajemen sebuah organisasi agar terciptanya cara kerja yang efektif dan efisien khususnya pada rumah sakit. Namun demikian, dalam praktek bisnisnya tidak sedikit Rumah Sakit yang mengalami kegagalan dalam mengimpelemtasikan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit tersebut. Salah satu faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan adalah bagaimana melakukan perubahan cara kerja dan pola pikir pengguna agara dapat mendukung cara kerja Sistem Komputerisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas dan mengidentifikasi faktor - faktor keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit. Faktor Keberhasilan SIM RS Sakit ini sangat ditentukan oleh peranan top manajemen pada Rumah Sakit sebagai contoh (teladan) bagi karyawan / pengguna untuk mendukung cara kerja dengan dukungan penuh penggunaan teknologi informasi
