The concept <em>smart environment </em>&nbsp;focus refers to how a city is managed and refers to development that is environmentally friendly and does not damage the ecosystem. The research methodology uses a systematic literature review, the focus of the research is examining the concept of smart environment in the city of Cirebon. The results showed that the existence of a development communication strategy in implementing the smart city program, especially in the concept of smart environment in the city of Cirebon, provides convenience in implementing the program. The development communication strategy used in the Cirebon city smart environment concept is 1.) Looking at the Targets. 2.) Social Mobilization. 3.) To Secure Understanding. 4.) Business processes have also changed. Leaders at all levels are tested to be adaptive to unpredictable conditions, including the media business which is also affected by the effects of the pandemic. The leaders of female countries have shown good performance, as evidenced by the number of countries they lead that have succeeded in reducing the number of Covid-19 transmissions. Women leaders are considered to be more responsive and quick. Even so, how the experiences of women leaders at other leadership levels have not been well covered in any media. So this study will try to understand the experiences of female media leaders during the pandemic in 2020 as well as the initial steps for crisis management. This study uses a critical paradigm with a descriptive approach. The theory used is Standpoint Theory developed by Sandra Harding and Julia T. Wood and Crisis Management. This theory seeks to understand the world through women's eyes. The method used is critical phenomenology. The results showed that women as media leaders act quickly, utilize technology, and adapt business processes. Remile is a new venture business engaged in the field of crafts, namely leather crafts, based in Surabaya. In late 2017, the Remile company began to create and implement a marketing plan which ultimately led to significant sales. Studi ini bertujuan &nbsp;melihat pengaruh penggunaan media massa konvensional, yaitu televisi, radio dan suratkabar pada partisipasi politik di kalangan mahasiswa. Sampel sebanyak 400 mahasiswa diperoleh melalui metode survei dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Mahasiswa berasal dari UPNVJ Jakarta jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan televisi dan surat kabar secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi politik mahasiswa. Akan tetapi terdapat hubungan negatif antara penggunaan televisi dan partisipasi politik. Semakin sering mahasiswa menonton televisi terkait informasi politik, terdapat kecenderungan berkurangnya tingkat partisipasi politik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui dan memahami sejauh mana pemanfaatan media sosial WhatsApp sebagai wadah interaksi antaranggota kelompok <em>fanbase</em> Ghealways. Penelitian ini menggunkan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode netnografi dan pengumpulan data observasi. Media sosial WhatsApp sebagai wadah interaksi antaranggota kelompok <em>fanbase</em> Ghealways sebagai objek penelitian yang dianalisi dengan menggunakan teori komunikasi, <em>new media, </em>dan <em>cyber media</em>. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain: berbagi informasi tentang Ghea Indrawari, membahas hal-hal yang banyak dibicarakan orang tentang fashion, game online, berbagi cerita tentang cerita pribadi atau bercanda antar anggota kelompok. The ease of accessibility of podcast video content makes it important to apply media literacy to remain critical of the message's various meanings in the content in the video podcast. This study aims to determine the level of media literacy through video podcasts among students of Communication Sciences Yogyakarta. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative method with the concept of measuring individual competence framework media literacy. Samples from this study were active students of Communication Sciences in 2019/2020 at Ahmad Dahlan University, Mercu Buana University Yogyakarta, and AMIKOM University Yogyakarta, with a total sample of 368 respondents. This study showed that the level of media literacy through video podcasts among students of Communication Science Yogyakarta is at a high level (advanced) with details of technical skills are in the advanced category of 80%, critical understanding ability at the advanced level of 86%. Communicative abilities are at the medium level of 59%. The development of this Integrity Zone is divided into two different predicate steps, including the Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) and the Clean and Serving Bureaucracy (WBBM). From these steps, an innovation service was formed to support the successful achievement of WBK/WBBM badges with the hope of being able to help various public complaints. The regulations underlying the establishment of this Integrity Zone are contained in Presidential Decree No. 14 of 2010 concerning the Establishment of the Steering Committee for National Bureaucratic Reform and the National Bureaucratic Reform Team as amended by presidential decree No. 23 of 2010. The method conducted in this study is Qualitative – descriptive which is a depiction using the collection of case study data analysis at the Immigration Office Class I Non TPI Karawang. Pembangunan Zona Integritas ini terbagi menjadi dua tahap predikat yang berbeda, diantaranya tahap Wilayah Bebas Korupsi (WBK) dan tahap Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani (WBBM). Dari tahap – tahap tersebut dibentuk sebuah layanan inovasi sebagai pendukung keberhasilan pencapaian lencana WBK/WBBM dengan harapan cakap dalam membantu berbagai keluhan masyarakat. Peraturan yang mendasari terbentuknya Zona Integritas ini ada dalam Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2010 tentang Pembentukan Komite Pengarah Reformasi Birokrasi Nasional dan Tim Reformasi Birokrasi Nasional sebagaimana telah diubah dengan keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 Tahun 2010. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini ialah Kualitatif – deskriptif yang merupakan penggambaran menggunakan pengumpulan informasi Analisis data Studi Kasus pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Karawang. Catcalling can occur regardless of place, class, age and social class. Most victims of harassment are often blamed for their wear which is considered inviting, but in fact this phenomenon also occurs in some female students who wear the hijab, resulting in a mismatch between expectations and their social environment. This study aims to see how experiences are experienced, the form of verbal and non-verbal catcalling messages, and self-concept in female hijab students after experiencing catcalling. By using Alfred Schutz's phenomenological method as a qualitative research method and using in-depth interview techniques as a data collection technique, the researchers found that the forms of verbal and non-verbal catcalling were experienced by different informants. This experience made female hijab students gain an understanding of why catcalling happened to them and resulted in a self-concept with physical and social aspects that were mostly negative rather than positive.</em></p> <p><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong> <em>experience, catcalling, hijab students</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>ABSTRAK</p> <p>Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mengenai pengalaman mahasiswi berhijab yang mengalami <em>catcalling</em>. <em>Catcalling</em> dapat terjadi tanpa memandang tempat,&nbsp; golongan, usia dan kelas sosial. Sebagian besar korban pelecehan kerap disalahkan akan pakainya yang dinilai mengundang, tapi kenyatannya fenomena ini juga terjadi pada beberapa Mahasiswi yang menggunakan hijab, sehingga adanya ketidaksesuaian antara harapan dan lingkungan sosialnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengalaman yang dialami, bentuk pesan <em>catcalling</em> secara verbal dan non-verbal, dan konsep diri pada mahasiswi berhijab setelah mengalami <em>catcalling</em>. Dengan menggunkan metode metode fenomenologi Alfred Schutz sebagai metode penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, peneliti mandapatkan hasil bahwa bentuk <em>catcalling</em> secara verbal dan non-verbal yang dialami oleh para informan berbeda-beda. Namun, perbedaan bahasa acap kali menjadi masalah untuk mereka karena sulit memahami arti kata yang tepat untuk informasi yang mereka baca. Oleh karena itu banyak akun twitter fanbase yang membantu penggemar mendapatkan informasi yang mereka inginkan salah satunya akun @ARMTEAMIID. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manfaat akun twitter ARMY Team Indonesia sebagai media komunikasi untuk fans BTS (ARMY). Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif.
